After their wedding
That was my first phone call with Anand. As a bride you already have too much going on. You should not be worrying about angles, whether your family made it into the frames, or whether your photographer is awkward around you. Anand and his team handle all of that so you can be present at your wedding. By the wedding day, I already knew we were in good hands.
I had shortlisted a few and started making calls. Five minutes into meeting Anand, I knew I wanted him to shoot my wedding. He puts in real effort to know our story and our family before the wedding. On the day, he was there for everything. He brings a reassuring presence and works comfortably with both couples and families.
Anand does not just click pictures. He documents moments and emotions in a way that lets you relive them. With minimal inputs and the chaos of a wedding, he covered all the important people and events. What stood out was his consistency, attention to detail, and ability to handle a complex wedding smoothly.
For my wedding at Bangalore, Anand did the candid photography. He himself identified and met the people closest to me, made them feel at ease, and shot their pictures. They turned out to be the best photos of my wedding. My grandmother who hates photos has her nicest pictures from that day. He also honored the solemnity of a traditional Coorg Kodava ceremony, which made the event more meaningful for us.
