Evy & ThiagoA destination beach wedding in Trancoso, Bahia, Brazil

Evy and I met at the London School of Economics, and over the years she came to several weddings I photographed in India. When she married Thiago on the beach in Trancoso, on the coast of Bahia in Brazil, I flew out from India to be there.

A local team of four or five photographers covered the wedding. These pictures are something else: a close friend's view of the day, every frame shot by me. Evy and Thiago are both lawyers, as were most of their guests: friends from LSE, and a group who travelled all the way from India.
