Where is Sree 7 Convention?

Sree 7 Convention is a banquet hall used for weddings and receptions, with an entrance walkway lit with fairy lights and vases, opening into a hall backed by a full wall of roses. Rupendra and Varshini's reception moved between this entrance passage and the rose-backed stage through the evening.

For a reception hall like this, the room reads differently depending on where the flower wall and the stage sit relative to the guest seating, so we walk the venue with the couple before the day to plan the coverage around it.

What happens during a wedding reception ring exchange?

At a reception, the ring exchange is usually a short, photographed moment on stage, with the couple garlanded and family gathered close. At Rupendra and Varshini's reception, the exchange happened in front of the rose wall, with both families standing just off to the side.

We stay close through this moment rather than at a fixed distance, since a ring exchange is often quick and the real expressions happen in the seconds just before and after the hands meet.
